French Directors has aimed for over four years at promoting French and a few foreign commercials directors worldwide. Striving for always higher standards of quality French Directors tries continuously to offer new and better talents. French Directors now successfully represents over twenty five French (and foreign) directors.
NICOLAS DU BOULLAY, founder of French Directors was brought up in the USA, Switzerland and France. After completing an MBA, Nicolas started his career working for the freshly created D.D.B. France.
After a few years with this highly successful and creative agency, he became partner and general manager of Son & Lumière a European Network of Companies covering six countries.
Later he created a smaller and more creative film company of his own, Boards. Over a decade Boards produced a number of award wining commercials. During this period Nicolas was elected President of The Union Of French Commercials Producers.
In 2002 Nicolas created FRENCH DIRECTORS and has been successfully sending directors all around the world since then.

IRINA GORELOVA started a promising career at McCann Erickson and Leo Burnett Moscow as account executive and afterwards account managerSpeaking fluent Russian (of course!) and English, in the very beginning of 2007 Irina came to Paris to learn French and get a degree in TV and Cinema Production. Fortunately for French Directors she fell in love with Paris (and Cannes…) and agreed to stay and strengthen our team.Irina is in charge of Russian and Eastern European markets.
GUIMAR TAWIL started her professional path at Leo Burnett Beirut as TV Producer. After 4 successful years she moved to Signature Productions handling for two years the director's research department. Now she feels ready for bigger markets and more fulfilling challenges so she accepted our offer to head the Middle East division of French Directors. We feel very lucky to have her on board!
CEDRIC ABUNAR, our computer genious web-master started his life as barman in night-clubs until he realized at twenty that this would bring him no where...
Having no university background he worked his days (and nights) in eager passion learning all about computers, always saying "I know how to do that" and then finding out how to do it!
His great character makes us accept his weired schedules (he still works during night hours, when all is calm...).
